UNRESOLVED ISSUES. The parties agree to meet and confer in the labor management committee or a subcommittee thereof for appropriate changes in the medical insurance plan, and long term disability plan, or the effects of state or federal legislation, to achieve reasonable and conservative cost containment suggestions, and then, upon request of either party, negotiate contract changes, if possible.
