Unresolved Issues. When members of the task force reach agreement on a particular subject, the terms of the agreement thereafter will be implemented by the Hospital. Failure of the task force to agree on a matter will not be grievable. Notwithstanding this prior sentence, if an issue has been fully discussed in the task force and has not been resolved, the Union may invite the Hospital Administrator to attend a meeting to discuss the unresolved issue subject to the following terms:
