Unpaid Commissions. Any overpaid commissions will be deducted on the Producer’s monthly commission statement as charge-backs. In the event Producer does not have a balance due and maintains a negative balance, Producer agrees to remit that payment to OMEGA within fifteen (15) days of commission statement date. For any negative balance on Producer’s commission statement that exceeds ninety (90) days past due, OMEGA reserves the right to transfer the collection of said negative balance to a collection agency. Additionally, OMEGA will add a service fee equal to the balance owed plus the incurred cost of the collection agency, and Producer agrees to pay these fees and any reasonable attorney fees and court costs associated with the collection processes.
Unpaid Commissions. Company will remain liable for any unpaid Event Owner Revenue that Event Owner earned for Events completed while the Agreement was in effect.
