Except as disclosed on Schedule 4.1(m) and except as incurred in the ordinary course of business and which are not yet due, Borrower has no unpaid bills with respect to improvements to any of the Collateral which may give rise to mechanic’s, materialman’s or other similar liens arising by operation of applicable law should such bills remain unpaid.
