UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by the RECIPIENT which constitute an unmodified functional subunit or product expressed by the ORIGINAL MATERIAL. Some examples include: subclones of unmodified cell lines, purified or fractionated subsets of the ORIGINAL MATERIAL, proteins expressed by DNA/RNA supplied by the PROVIDER, or monoclonal antibodies secreted by a hybridoma cell line.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by the Recipient which constitute an unmodified functional subunit of Original Material, regardless of genetic background of the mouse, or of product expressed by the Original Material, such as a cell derived from an animal and any progeny thereof or an animal produced from (part of) a cell.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by the RECIPIENT which constitute an unmodified functional sub-unit or product expressed by the ORIGINAL MATERIAL.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Replicates or substances which constitute an unmodified functional subunit or product expressed by the MATERIAL, such as, but not limited to, purified or fractionated subsets of the MATERIAL, including expressed proteins or extracted or amplified DNA/RNA.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by Recipient which constitute an unmodified functional sub‑unit or expression product of the Original Material, e.g., subclones of unmodified cell lines, purified or fractionated sub‑sets of the Original Material such as novel plasmids or vectors, proteins expressed by DNA or RNA, antibodies secreted by a hybridoma. Material: Original Material plus Progeny and Unmodified Derivatives.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by the RECIPIENT which constitute an unmodified functional subunit or product expressed by the ORIGINAL MATERIAL. This includes, but is not limited to: purified or fractionated subsets of the ORIGINAL MATERIAL, proteins expressed/encoded by DNA/RNA supplied by PENN, viral based vectors (assembled particles with or without genomes) generated from unmodified DNA supplied by PENN.
UNMODIFIED DERIVATIVES. Substances created by the RECIPIENT which constitute an unmodified functional sub-unit or product expressed by the ORIGINAL MATERIAL. Example: purified or fractionated subsets of the ORIGINAL MATERIAL (DNA extracts derived from tissue samples). MODIFICATIONS: Substances created by the RECIPIENT which contain/incorporate the MATERIAL. Example: PCR products.
