Common use of Unlawful Use Clause in Contracts

Unlawful Use. Tenant Company shall not use or permit kitchen facility premises or any parts thereof to be used by any person in violation of any municipal, county, state, or federal ordinance or law, or in any manner disruptive to BIK or its tenants. Such behavior shall include, but not be limited to, theft, fighting, consumption of alcohol on the premises, and use of any illegal narcotics or drugs.
