Except for Hazardous Material Sample Clauses

Except for Hazardous Material contained in products used by Tenant in de minimis quantities for ordinary cleaning and office purposes, Tenant shall not permit or cause any party to bring Hazardous Material upon the Premises or transport, store, use, generate, manufacture, dispose, or release any Hazardous Material on or from the Premiss without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant, at it's sole cost and expense, shall operate its business in the Premises in strict compliance with all Environmental Requirements and all requirements of this Lease. Tenant shall complete and certify to disclosure statements as requested by Landlord from time to time relating to Tenant's transportation, storage, use, generation, manufacture, or release of Hazardous Materials on the Premises, and Tenant shall promptly deliver to Landlord a copy of any notice of violation relating to the Premises or Project of any Environmental Requirement.

Except for Hazardous Material. (i) contained in products used by Tenant in de minimis quantities for ordinary cleaning and office purposes; or (ii) contained in any packaged materials being handled, stored or transported in the ordinary course of Tenant's business as described in that certain report entitled "New Jersey Uniform Construction Code Analysis, Parlux Fragrances Distribution Center, Woodbridge, NJ, File: PAR-06-00" xxxxx Xxxxxxry 27, 2006, prepared by Alfred J. Longhitano, P.E., LLC (but without opening and with no mixxxx, xxxxxxxxxx xx other use on the Leased Premises or the Project), Tenant shall not permit or cause any party to bring any Hazardous Material upon the Leased Premises or the Project, or transport, store, use, generate, manufacture, dispose, or release any Hazardous Material on or from the Leased Premises or the Project without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall operate its business in the Leased Premises and the Project in strict compliance with all Environmental Laws and all requirements of this Lease. Tenant shall complete and certify to disclosure statements as reasonably requested by Landlord from time to time (not more frequently than once a year unless there is reason to believe there has been a change requiring a new disclosure) relating to Tenant's transportation, storage, use, generation, manufacture, or release of Hazardous Material on the Leased Premises or the Project, and Tenant and Landlord shall promptly deliver to the other a copy of any Notice relating to the Leased Premises or the Project.

  • No Hazardous Materials (A) have been disposed of or otherwise released from any Real Property of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in violation of any Environmental Laws; or

  • 342 Hazardous Substances Purchaser shall notify the National Response Center and Contracting Officer of all releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations, in accordance with 40 CFR 302.

  • Hazardous Materials Tenant shall not keep on the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous by any responsible insurance company.

  • Definition of Hazardous Materials For purposes of this Lease, the term “Hazardous Material” or “Hazardous Materials” shall mean any hazardous or toxic substance, material, product, byproduct, or waste, which is or shall become regulated by any governmental entity, including, without limitation, the County acting in its governmental capacity, the State of California or the United States government.

  • Hazardous Substance “Hazardous Substance” means any pollutant, contaminant, toxic substance, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.
