Common use of University Grievances Clause in Contracts

University Grievances. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice President Academic and/or Vice President Administration and Finance shall have the right to originate a policy grievance on behalf of the University and to submit such grievance in writing to the PSAC Regional Office. Where the Parties are unable to resolve such grievance to their mutual satisfaction within twenty (20) working days of receipt of the grievance by the Union, the Vice President may within a further twenty (20) working days notify the Union in writing of their intent to submit the grievance to arbitration.
