Unit for Monitoring the SNSC. The Department of Public Security of the Secretariat for Multidimensional Security of the OAS has been working on a regular basis with the Government of the Republic of Honduras since the first evaluation of the National Public Security System (SNSC) in 2012. To follow-up with said exercise, a second evaluation of the SNSC was carried out and the results were presented to the Honduran Government in July 2014. Under this proposal, support shall be provided for implementation of the recommendations from that evaluation.   • B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

  • Description of the Services 1.1 The scope of the service to be rendered is described more fully in the Annexures and Schedules referred to below: ❑ Annexure A – Scope / Specification ❑ Annexure C – Pricing Schedule 2 DELIVERABLES AND COMPLETION DATE The Deliverables, due for completion by and governed by this Schedule 1.   • Recognition and Rights of Stewards (a) The Employer recognizes the Union's right to select stewards to represent employees. The Employer and the Union will agree on the number of stewards, taking into account both operational and geographic considerations.

  • Suspension of the Services The Services may be suspended (meaning the Child is temporarily not able to attend the nursery) in the circumstances set out in our Critical Incident Policy or in the circumstances set out in clause 19. If the Services are suspended for a period of more than one month, either of us may terminate the contract by giving the other one month’s written notice.

  • Ordering of Other UNE Services 2.9.4.1 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. Choice Telephone Company will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, Choice Telephone Company does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, Choice Telephone Company’s placement of an order for an advanced data service type facility will incur the appropriate billing charges to include service inquiry and reservation per Exhibit B of this Attachment.

  • Provision of the Services 6.1 The Service Provider shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, provide the Services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Service Provider shall be responsible for ensuring that it complies with all statutes, regulations, byelaws, standards, codes of conduct and any other rules relevant to the provision of the Services.

  • REPORTS TO THE SUB-ADVISER The Fund will provide the Sub-Adviser with such periodic reports concerning the status of the Portfolio Account as the Sub-Adviser may reasonably request.

  • Description of the service 9.1.1 Internet banking service implies an ability for the client to manage and receive remotely the following services from the bank by means of using the special Internet-site of the bank xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx:

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.
