Unit Designation. 1. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of all Employees of the Bargaining Units in Section 2 below, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute and all other existing directives, for the purpose of negotiation, and the administration of this contract.
