Unit Designation. Owner recognizes Agent's right to call any Unit by such name or designation as Agent may deem appropriate or reliable in the ordinary course of Agent's business and to place such signs, labels, plates or other markings on any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements or Unit as Agent may desire in exercising such right, subject to the provisions of subsection 9.11 hereof.

Unit Designation. Unit II is composed of eligible non-certificated full time employees (employees employed at least nine months a year and that are working 35 hours per week) in positions that have standard hours of 40 hours per week.

Only employees working on CPS designated units located within the Harbors Building of Oregon State Hospital are eligible for this differential. An employee who is not regularly assigned to work on a CPS designated Harbors Building unit, but who is floated, mandated, or volunteer to work overtime to work on a CPS designated unit will receive the differential for hours actually worked on the CPS designated unit if they have completed the requirements referenced in Section 2 (b) and (c) of this Letter of Agreement.
