Unit Designation. Unit III: non-certificated full-time employees in supervisory positions.
Unit Designation. Owner recognizes Agent's right to call any Unit by such name or designation as Agent may deem appropriate or reliable in the ordinary course of Agent's business and to place such signs, labels, plates or other markings on any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements or Unit as Agent may desire in exercising such right, subject to the provisions of subsection 9.11 hereof.
Unit Designation. Section 1. The Employer hereby recognizes that the Union is the exclusive representative of all employees in the unit, as defined in Section 2 below; and the Union recognizes the responsibilities of representing the interests of all such employees without discrimination and with-out regard to labor organization membership, with respect to grievances, personnel policies, practices and procedures or other matters affecting their general working conditions, subject to the express limitations set forth elsewhere in this agreement.
Unit Designation. Unit II is composed of eligible non-certificated full time employees (employees employed at least nine months a year and that are working 35 hours per week) in positions that have standard hours of 40 hours per week.

Section 1 The bargaining unit to which this agreement is applicable is comprised of all non- managerial, non-supervisory, non-professional excepted and competitive employees employed by the authority of the Employer and assigned to the 108th Wing, Joint Base XxXxxxx-Xxx- Lakehurst, New Jersey.
Unit Designation. Management reserves the right to designate any unit at CPS designated. Only employees working on CPS designated units located within the Harbors Building of Oregon State Hospital are eligible for this differential. An employee who is not regularly assigned to work on a CPS designated Harbors Building unit, but who is floated, mandated, or volunteer to work overtime to work on a CPS designated unit will receive the differential for hours actually worked on the CPS designated unit if they have completed the requirements referenced in Section 2 (b) and (c) of this Letter of Agreement.

The distribution of the Affordable Housing Units by unit size shall be as set forth below and as further detailed on Schedule “A” attached hereto: Number of Units: Forty-five (45) Twenty-Four (24) - One Bedroom Units Nineteen (19) - Two Bedroom Units Two (2) - Three Bedroom Units The total number of bedrooms in the Affordable Housing Units will be, so far as practicable, in the same proportion to the total number of bedrooms in the unrestricted units.

The Township recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for all full- time employees of the Department of Public Works and Utilities Department of the Township, excluding supervisors, part-time employees and managerial executives, and confidential employees, as defined by the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Law, N.J.S.A. 34:13A- 1 et seq.
