Common use of Union Security - Xxxxxx Procedure Clause in Contracts

Union Security - Xxxxxx Procedure. The Union shall provide to the City a copy of its “Xxxxxx procedure” for the determination and protest of its fees. The Union shall provide a copy of this procedure to every bargaining unit employee covered by this MOU within ten (10) days of the signing of this agreement. The City shall provide to the Union a list of those employees who are Union employees with the monthly payment of deductions by the City to the Union. Annually thereafter, and as a condition to any change in the union’s fees, the Union shall provide each member with a copy of the Union’s “Xxxxxx procedures” and shall provide to the City confirmation of such mailing.
