Common use of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Union Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize three (3) Union representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the names of its representatives for all purposes and the names of members of all committees recognized under the Collective Agreement.
