Union Representatives and Activities. 1. The Union may have six (6) Employee Representatives who shall be authorized to handle complaints and grievances arising under this Agreement. The Union shall provide to the City a list of all authorized Employee Representatives. The Union may designate different Employee Representatives at any time within thirty (30) days written notice to the City Administration.
