Union recruitment flyer. The City shall provide the Union, upon request, a current list of lunch room and announcement bulletin boards across the City. The Union or its duly authorized representative shall have the responsibility for removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have become outdated. The material may be removed by management if anyone defaces, adds to, or writes over any general notice or bulletin or posts unofficial bulletins or any notices that are offensive.
