UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECKOFF. 4.01 As a condition of employment all employees covered by this Agreement shall at the expiration of their plant probationary period, become members of the Union and shall remain members of the Union during the term of this Agreement to the extent of paying an initiation fee and assessment and the monthly membership dues uniformly required of all Union members as a condition of acquiring or retaining membership in the Union. Should any changes occur within Article 4-4.01 the Union shall notify the company two (2) weeks prior to any changes being implemented.
