Common use of Union Facilities Clause in Contracts

Union Facilities. The Township agrees to make available to the Local one (1) file cabinet in order to store Local records only. The Township agrees to provide space, at a location agreed upon by the Township Administrator and the Local President, for an AFSCME bulletin board at the Department of Public Works Facility, the Municipal Complex and the Senior Center, upon which AFSCME may place information pertaining to official Union business. The Township will also provide AFSCME with a desk and file cabinet within a Township office to be utilized for AFSCME business during regular working hours. {00631689}
