Union Facilities. The Company agrees to provide the Union with a suitable Bulletin Board on which it may post notices, provided such Union notices deal with meetings, election of officers, appointment of committees and other non-controversial matters concerning the affairs of Local 502, U.A.W. The Company will provide the Union officials with office space, as well as telephone and computer services, for use in conjunction with performance of their duties under the terms of the Agreement.
