Union Dues and Service Fees. 1. The Board will deduct from pay of each employee who so authorizes it to do so the required amount of fees for the payment of Union dues and voluntary political deductions (COPE) dues on a bi-weekly basis. The authorization shall comply with the provisions of the law and shall be revocable between September 1 and 10 of each year.
