– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 6.01 (a) The Employer will recognize the following: A committee of two (2) elected nurses, one (1) of whom shall be identified as the Bargaining Unit President. The Bargaining Unit President may assist nurses in presenting grievances; and in representing the Union in the discussion of matters concerning the interpretation of their Collective Agreement. The Employer further recognizes this committee as the agent for re-negotiation of this Agreement.
