UNION ACCESS TO EMPLOYER PREMISES. 10.01 Upon reasonable notification, the Employer shall permit Union Representatives access to its work premises. When visits to restricted areas are involved, the Union Representative shall obtain the Employer's permission to enter the premises. Permission to enter the Employer's premises shall not be unreasonably denied.
