Licensed Articles means: ( )Printed Publications; ( )Merchandise; ( )Audio-Visual Productions; and/or ( )Other, namely, , which bear the Trademarks and are authorized under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Licensed Articles

Licensed Articles means the articles of merchandise or products using one or more Licensed Marks.

Licensed Articles means only items within the product categories set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as such Schedule A may be amended from time to time pursuant to a written agreement executed by the Parties.

Licensed Articles means the goods and services as specified and limited in EXHIBIT B which contain any of the PROPERTY. It does not include any goods which incorporate the LICENSED ARTICLE in any larger assembly or compilation or as a component.
