Common use of Underloads Clause in Contracts

Underloads. 2.1.2.3.1 Less than a full duty load may be assigned on a basis agreed between the employee, the Coordinator and the Xxxx. Except as provided in 2.1.2.3.2, less than a full duty load cannot be assigned for more than two consecutive academic years. Release time provided under 10.5.5.2 is part of a duty load for the purposes of this clause (see 2.8).
