Undergraduate Programs. The Faculty of Business Administration offers programs of study leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and the Diploma of Business Administration (DipBA). The BBA program is designed to educate students for effective careers in the management of either business firms or non-profit- seeking organizations. The program focuses on developing conceptual, technical and interpersonal knowledge and skills. To accomplish this objective, the program consists of a selection of Business courses, a selection of arts and science courses, and open electives. In the case of both the Business course requirements and arts and science course requirements, some courses are specified, while others are to be selected from a broad range of choices. The purpose of the specified courses is to increase the students’ overall understanding of society, to ensure that every Business graduate has sufficient knowledge of the several areas of Business to consider intelligently the problems and opportunities of those areas, and to understand the advice of functional and institutional specialists. For the remainder of their programs, students may select a range of courses to tailor the program to their own needs and interests. Open electives allow for either greater breadth of knowledge or depth of specialization, as the student chooses. The BBA is a general business degree, preparing students for all aspects of business. The Faculty of Business Administration offers optional majors in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management and Marketing.

Undergraduate Programs. Faculty of School shall be available and on-site at the Hospital at all times when undergraduate Students of the School are assigned to the Clinical Experience, unless the School and Hospital have agreed in writing to an alternate plan of supervision. Undergraduate Students are those Students who do not have a baccalaureate degree in nursing. School shall provide qualified faculty to be on-site at Hospital for supervision and instruction of its students. The faculty assigned by School shall have a current license in good standing to practice nursing by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. School shall provide Hospital with the names of the faculty who will supervise Students prior to commencement of each clinical rotation. At no time shall the ratio of faculty to Students exceed 1:10 or otherwise exceed the requirements set from time to time by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
