In any other situation this Agreement shall be adjusted by change order for the cost and time of uncovering and restoring any work which is uncovered for inspection and proves to be installed in accordance with the Subcontract Documents, provided the Contractor had not previously instructed the Subcontractor to leave the work uncovered. If the Subcontractor uncovers Subcontract Work pursuant to a directive issued by the Contractor, and such work upon inspection does not comply with the Subcontract Documents, the Subcontractor shall be responsible for all costs and time of uncovering, correcting and restoring the work so as to make it conform to the Subcontract Documents.
