Common use of Unauthorised use Clause in Contracts

Unauthorised use. 7.6.1. If any activity on your Account was not authorised by you (“Unauthorised Use”), or if you have any reason to suspect so, you must inform us as soon as possible by writing to us at the following email address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. For the avoidance of doubt, Unauthorised Use shall also cover instances where your Account was wrongly charged due to a mistake on our parts.
