Unassigned APDA Annual Amounts. One-half of the unassigned portion of a member’s annual APDA allocation, in excess of the maximum, will be transferred to any of the three funds: the ASPA Scholarship Fund, the ASPA Award Fund or the ASPA Tuition Reimbursement Fund. The specific allocation of funds will be determined by the Association. The remaining one-half of the unassigned portion of a member’s annual APDA allocation will be transferred to the Development Investment Grant (DIG).
