Scholarship Fund. Commencing with the 2004-05 academic year, the Employer agrees to provide $250,000 per year to a Scholarship Fund for tuition reimbursement available to immediate family members (spouses, partners and children) of employees with payments effective in May of each academic year. The terms of reference for the Fund will be subject to agreement by the parties. The Fund will be administered by Student and Enrolment Services at the University of Saskatchewan.
Scholarship Fund. If the employee and the Association cannot agree on this matter it shall be resolved by the Public Employment Relations Commission as provided for in RCW 41.59. Families will need to apply for a scholarship following the steps that are advertised during the season. In addition to covering registration fees, if funds are available, WSLL may assist in purchasing or providing other necessary baseball gear (e.g., baseball pants, glove, etc.)
