Scholarship Fund. Commencing with the 2004-05 academic year, the Employer agrees to provide $250,000 per year to a Scholarship Fund for tuition reimbursement available to immediate family members (spouses, partners and children) of employees with payments effective in May of each academic year. The terms of reference for the Fund will be subject to agreement by the parties. The Fund will be administered by Student and Enrolment Services at the University of Saskatchewan.

Scholarship Fund. If the employee and the Association cannot agree on this matter it shall be resolved by the Public Employment Relations Commission as provided for in RCW 41.59. The District will notify the Association of all newly hired employees no later than fifteen (15) days after their first day of employment. The Association will indemnify, defend, and hold the District harmless against any claims made against the District on account of any action it takes to comply with this provision. The Association also agrees to refund to the District any amounts paid to it in error on account of this provision.

Scholarship Fund. ARHA and/or its assignees will establish a scholarship fund with seed funding of $20,000 to benefit ARHA residents pursuing careers that impact the built environment. This may include training for a skilled trade career, or degrees in areas such as historic preservation, urban planning, archaeology, architecture, engineering, or others. The scholarship fund will be managed by an independent third-party non-profit organization to be selected by ARHA Board of Commissioners in consultation with the City.

Scholarship Fund. The remaining Xxxxxxx ISD activity account balances will be placed in a scholarship fund, to be created by Canadian ISD, for the benefit of future graduates of Canadian ISD who attended Xxxxxxx ISD High School prior to the consolidation (i.e., graduating classes of 2021, 2022, and 2023) or who resided within the boundary of the former Xxxxxxx ISD at the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Canadian ISD will administer the fund through its scholarship program and will appoint a committee of Higgins Community members to select the scholarship recipients (the “Higgins Scholarship Committee”).
