UFE Service Sample Clauses

UFE Service. (a) Service on the UFE Executive Board, Joint Labor-Management Committee, Bargaining Committee, and/or Faculty Review Board counts as University service and will be considered in determining workloads as expressed on FAPs and workload forms. (b) The UFE president, VP of Bargaining, and VP of Labor Management will receive up to a fifty percent (50%) release from teaching loads, with twenty-five percent (25%) paid by the University for contract implementation and seventy-five (75%) paid by the Union for other duties not related to collective bargaining. The UFE will pay the appropriate part-time faculty rate as specified in Article 8. The Union will receive an additional five (5) credit hours of release time from the University for Bargaining Committee members in academic years during which the Union and University actively participate in formal contract negotiations. (c) On or before August 1 of each year, UFE will notify the office of the Chief Academic Officer of its Joint Labor Management members and its intended purchases for the next academic year.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
