UCC and Defined Terms. Unless otherwise defined in the Applicable UCC, each capitalized term used in this Mortgage and not defined in this Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the NPLP Deed of Trust. Otherwise, any capitalized term not defined in this Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Applicable UCC.
