Typicality. Plaintiffs’ claims are typical of the claims of all of the other members of the Class because all of the plaintiffs sustained similar injuries and damages arising out of Defendants’ common cause or course of conduct in violation of State and Federal laws and regulations and the injuries and damages of all the other members of the Class were caused by Defendants’ wrongful conduct as described in this Complaint.
