TYPES AND SCOPE OF WORK. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement and it shall not be cause for discharge or discipline for any employee covered by this Agreement to refuse to work on any job where the Employer has failed to bid for and obtain all of the work normally associated with this contract. For the purpose of this paragraph, four (4) types of contractors are recognized: General, Mechanical, Heating, and Specialty.
