Tuberculosis Tests. Ohio Revised code requires all employees to have a tuberculosis examination on file within ninety (90) days of initial employment, such examination to be paid for by the Board.
Tuberculosis Tests. The cost of mandatory skin tests or chest x-rays shall be paid by the District when County services are used.
Tuberculosis Tests. At the time of employment or as may be required by the Employer, the Employer shall arrange for nurses to take a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test at no cost to the nurse. In the event of a positive reaction to this test, the Employer will arrange for a chest X-ray, and annually thereafter as is required, at no cost to the nurse. Said tests and X-rays shall be performed at the Employer’s Hospital unless they can be performed elsewhere at no cost to the Employer.

Tuberculosis Tests. The Board shall arrange with competent medical authorities to administer flu shots annually to any teacher who wishes to avail himself/herself of this service. The Board shall arrange for a tuberculosis skin-testing program for all teachers as required by law.
Tuberculosis Tests. Employees are required as a condition of continued employment, to take tests in accordance with policies recommended by the Medical Health Officer, and forward the results to the Director of Human Resources for record purposes.

In the event the tine test is positive, or the employee is allergic to the tine test, the District will pay for the cost of an X-ray, provided the employee submits a doctor's statement explaining the need for the X-ray to the Director of Personnel.
