Trustee Notices. In the event that the Company delivers an Officer’s Certificate to either Trustee certifying that its obligations under the related Indenture and the related Securities have been satisfied and discharged by complying with the provisions of Section 8.09 of such Indenture, and such other documents and/or funds as are required to be delivered or paid pursuant to Section 8.01 of such Indenture have been delivered and paid, such Trustee shall notify the Collateral Agent in writing that such obligations have been satisfied and discharged in accordance with the terms of such Indenture, and shall take such other actions in connection therewith as may be required or contemplated by the Transaction Documents to be taken by such Trustee.
