Trust or Trust Fund. The Issuer.
Trust or Trust Fund. The corpus of the trust created hereunder consisting of (i) the Mortgage Loans and all interest accruing and principal due with respect thereto after the Cut-off Date to the extent not applied in computing the Cut-off Date Principal Balance thereof; (ii) the Class P Certificate Account, the Reserve Fund, the Class A-1/A-2/A-3 Net WAC Reserve Account, the Distribution Account maintained by the Securities Administrator and the Protected Accounts maintained by the Company and the Servicers and all amounts deposited therein pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement and the Servicing Agreements; (iii) property that secured a Mortgage Loan and has been acquired by foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure or otherwise; (iv) the mortgagee’s rights under the Insurance Policies with respect to the Mortgage Loans; (v) the Servicing Agreements and the Assignment Agreements; (vi) the rights under the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement; and (vii) all proceeds of the foregoing, including proceeds of conversion, voluntary or involuntary, of any of the foregoing into cash or other liquid property. The Reserve Fund, the Class A-1/A-2/A-3 Net WAC Reserve Account and Prepayment Charge Waiver Amounts shall not be included in REMIC I, REMIC II, REMIC III, REMIC IV or REMIC V. Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, and any successor thereto, and any corporation or national banking association resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party and any successor trustee as may from time to time be serving as successor trustee hereunder.
Trust or Trust Fund. The UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust established by this Trust Agreement, incorporating each EBA, and comprising all property or interests in property held by the Trustee from time to time under this Trust Agreement
Trust or Trust Fund. The City of Detroit Police and Fire Retiree Health Care Trust established by this Trust Agreement, comprising all property or interests in property held by the Bank from time to time under this Trust Agreement.

Prepayment Charge Waiver Amounts shall not be included in the Trust REMIC.
