Tribunal Hearings. 14.4.1 In the event that the parties cannot reach an agreement, one party does not attend mediation, the dispute is not settled within 4 months or a party has not complied with the agreement within a specified time or within 2 months, a party can apply to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal to hear the dispute.
