Travel Time Out-Of-Town. On jobs outside the free zone, where employees travel to and from the job site the Employer shall pay one (1) hour travel time at straight time rates for each one hundred (100) kilometers traveled beyond the free zone. Distances less than one hundred (100) kilometers will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
