Travel Expenses on Relocation. (a) Initial Trip to Seek New Accommodation Prior to relocation and at a time mutually agreeable to the College and the employee, the Employer shall grant up to five (5) days plus reasonable travel time, with no loss of base pay, for the employee and their spouse in accordance with the current regulations. Any time beyond specified time may be charged against the employee's vacation/annual leave credits, however, expenses shall not be payable. This leave must be for the specific purpose of locating accommodation, with the intent, in as many instances as possible, that furniture and household effects may be delivered directly to the new residence.
