Travel Expenses on Relocation. (a) Initial Trip to Seek New Accommodation The Employer shall grant, with no loss of basis pay, prior to relocation, at a time mutually agreeable to the Employer and the employee, up to five (5) days plus reasonable travel time, to an employee being relocated and shall reimburse the employee for travel expenses for the employee and spouse in accordance with this Agreement.
