Travel by GUESS. Twice a year, LICENSEE shall pay all costs for business class round trip travel, accommodations and incidental expenses for five (5) days and five (5) nights for two (2) representatives of GUESS to travel to any place of business of LICENSEE for any purpose related to this Agreement.

  • Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Travel Documents To receive your travel documents prior to departure, final payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. Your travel documents will be made electronically available to you at least 30 days prior to departure. Guests will be advised of their Kamloops, Whistler, or Quesnel accommodation upon check-in at the departure station.

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.

  • Air Travel 30.7.1 When coordinating travel for authorized CCSNH business, covered employees may utilize a CCSNH approved travel vendor to arrange air travel, which shall be directly invoiced to the CCSNH for payment. Covered employees may elect to coordinate their own travel arrangements by incurring the costs associated with the business travel. The CCSNH agrees to reimburse covered employees for the reasonable costs of air fare. For reimbursement, employees must submit a paid itemized invoice and the completed and authorized travel expense forms. Employees are required to travel at the economy rate and shall make every effort to plan the trip early and/or be flexible in their flight times to take advantage of the best rate available. Employees are directed to seek out the least expensive modes of transportation (bus, hotel shuttle, etc.) when getting to and from airports.

  • VACANCIES, TRANSFERS AND PROMOTIONS A. A vacancy shall be defined as a newly-created position or a present position that is not filled.

  • Travel and Expenses Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in the furtherance of the business of the Company in accordance with the Company’s practices and procedures, as they may exist from time to time. Executive may, in his discretion, elect to purchase, and be reimbursed for, business class tickets on any international flights for which scheduled flight time exceeds five hours. Executive shall keep complete and accurate records of all expenditures such that Executive may substantiate and fully account for such expenses according to the Company’s practices and procedures.

  • Education/Training Research

  • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.
