Common use of Transportation Policy Clause in Contracts

Transportation Policy. NAPCA staff cannot transport students in need of emergency medical assistance in their own vehicles. If an emergency/incident occurs, NAPCA Staff will call an ambulance to transport the student to the nearest hospital. If your child is required to take prescribed medication and/or over the counter medication, we ask that you provide a list of all prescribed and/or over the counter medications including dosage times and amounts for emergency purposes.
