TRANSPORTATION – ORCA PASSPORT. The Employer will pay 100% of the cost of an Orca Passport for all regular employees. Employees may obtain the Orca Passport in the Human Resources Department. At termination the employee will return their Orca Passport to the Human Resources Department.
