Common use of TRANSMITTAL/COVER LETTER Clause in Contracts

TRANSMITTAL/COVER LETTER. The Offeror’s proposal shall include a transmittal letter on the Offeror’s letterhead signed by an executive of the company who possesses authority to contractually bind the Offeror. The letter shall provide the name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the Offeror’s principal point of contact for the solicitation and identify those individuals authorized to negotiate with the Government and contractually bind the Offeror. The letter shall include the following information:
