Common use of Transitional Return to Work Program Clause in Contracts

Transitional Return to Work Program. The Employer shall arrange for work to provide a transition return to full duty for employees experiencing partial disability and on occupational injury leave, sick leave or disability leave for a period of up to one year subject to the following: a. The employee is examined by a physician selected by the Employer and found to be able to participate in a transitional return to work program, and; b. A return to full duty is reasonably believed to occur within one year of the date of the examination.
