TRANSITIONAL PHASE a. to implement the transitional phase, the Governments will propose to the Legislative Authorities specific mirror legislation which will restate, or incorporate by reference or otherwise, as required, those relevant provisions of federal and provincial laws, as they stand at the time of the enactment of the mirror which will confirm the principles identified in the Accord and which will define the respective responsibilities of each government; b. during the transitional phase, a Canada-Quebec Joint Secretariat will be put in place in order to make recommendations to federal and provincial ministers of natural resources, in order to arrive at a joint decision as described in Section 5.4. The Governments will be equally represented within the Secretariat; c. the relevant regulatory functions will be governed jointly by the National Energy Board (NEB) and the Régie de l’énergie by means of a Canada-Quebec Joint Regulatory Office, hereinafter called “the Office”.
TRANSITIONAL PHASE. The parties hereto acknowledge and accept that from the date hereof, until a date to be agreed between the parties, operation of the Country Park shall be conducted during a Transitional Phase, during which the terms of this agreement, and in particular the provisions of clause 5, shall be under constant review by the parties. During the Transitional Phase, both parties agree to work together to ensure smooth operation of the Country Park. Upon expiry of the Transitional Period, if earlier than the termination date referred to in clause 3 above, the parties shall endeavour to formalise the operation and management arrangements between the parties at the Country Park and document the same as soon as practicably possible.
TRANSITIONAL PHASE. During an initial period until the Owner gives written notice to the Contractor to the contrary, the Contractor shall purchase Feedstock on behalf of Owner, at the most commercially advantageous price available instead of Owner itself purchasing said Feedstock. The Contractor shall then invoice Owner the cost of purchasing the Feedstock used to make Product. Title and risk of loss for such Feedstock shall be as provided in Article 11. The County Council agrees to carry out The Services using its best endeavours and devoting such time and funding as is necessary to enable The Services to be performed to a satisfactory level. .

TRANSITIONAL PHASE. The timing of the migration of these records, system operability and the secure means by which this is to be achieved will be determined between the RRA IT specialist and each of the local authorities relevant IT leads for Children’s Services.

  • Transitional Period At the end of the transitional period as defined in Article 10(2) of the Directive, Jersey shall cease to apply the retention tax and revenue sharing provided for in this Agreement and shall apply in respect of the other contracting party the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive. If during the transitional period Jersey elects to apply the automatic exchange o information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive, it shall no longe apply the withholding/retention tax and the revenue sharing provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in ▇▇▇▇▇, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
