Common use of Transition Plan Clause in Contracts

Transition Plan. Within fifteen (15) business days of a Termination for Cause notice, the Contractor shall develop a plan for the complete transition of the Contractor’s responsibilities to the Department or to a successor Contractor. The plan will allow for uninterrupted continuation of services to program participants and shall include provisions for the orderly transfer of all participant information including paper and electronic files held by the Contractor or its Sub-contractor.
