Transfers or Assignments of Existing or Custom Products by the District. The District may transfer or assign Existing or Custom Products and the licenses thereunder to another District agency. Nothing herein shall preclude the Contractor from otherwise using the related or underlying general knowledge, skills, ideas, concepts, techniques and experience developed under a project or work plan in the course of Contractor’s business.
