Transfers Initiated by the Teacher. a. Teachers may apply for transfer generally by request in writing to the Superintendent of Schools between January 1 and March 1. Such requests are to be acknowledged in writing. Teachers who have requested a transfer may apply for any vacant position at the time it is posted.
