Transfer of Hotel to Lender under. First Mortgage ------------------------------------------------ In the event of a transfer of the Hotel from Landlord to lender under the First Mortgage or a purchaser, including such lender under the First Mortgage, at foreclosure or by deed in lieu of foreclosure, then such transferee shall have no personal liability to Tenant under this Lease, and the only recourse of Tenant shall be to the extent of the interest of such transferee in the Hotel.
