Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no termination, cancellation or expiry of the Credit Agreement shall have any affect whatsoever upon the provisions thereof as such provisions of the Credit Agreement are incorporated herein, and all such provisions shall be deemed to survive any such termination, cancellation or expiry of the Credit Agreement and shall thereafter continue to be binding upon the Company under this Agreement.
